Vision

People work hard in the Netherlands. Companies focus all their efforts on making money. After all, isn’t that what it is all about? Of course, businesses cannot exist if they do not perform. A maximum revenue is the norm. At the same time, however, this objective puts a great deal of pressure on those who have to make it happen. For the sake of argument, let us consider the employees in an organization as revenue generators. For most companies, the human factor is the highest cost item. In the process of achieving maximum returns, is it therefore wise to take good care of your staff.

The Drive

To summarize the first paragraph: I am strict as regards the contents and compassionate as regards the people. To be more specific, a successful company rests on two pillars: healthy finances and positive employees. Everyone has an inner drive that motivates their actions. This drive triggers the proper amount of strength and motivation.

Most companies work with rigid systems, which is understandable. But often these systems put too much pressure on the employees’ independency and motivation. People become more negative in their thinking and – in extremer cases – start to behave negatively, also towards the clients. If this happens, it is time to intervene. It is crucial for organizations to have a winners’ mentality. To achieve this, a positive goal- and solution-oriented approach is the prerequisite for success.

The Concept

‘How should one deal with a downward spiral?’ This is a functional question. Making profits and having happy employees who are 100% motivated can be perceived as very different goals. But if there is mutual understanding, everything becomes manageable. Positive thinking and the willingness to understand go hand in hand. Therefore, my focus is always on providing those involved with clear and transparent information about what has to happen in the organization, and why. And next: what people can do themselves. Here, a good drive and a positive motivation form the basis.

Each trajectory yields its own tailor-made advice. This will include recommendations on issues occurring on both the business level and on the employee level. Working intensively with you and your staff will enable me to make a quick analysis of the problem. Using an efficient and concept-based approach, I can achieve optimal results. You see, I want to earn my keep as swiftly as possible.

In doing my work, I am always my own authentic positive self. And I will teach your staff how to do this without losing their professionalism. In all the cases I handle, the only thing I adapt per situation is the way I approach the concept of leadership and the different leadership roles.
